Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy explains how ticket cancellations, event changes and refunds are handled on this platform. It applies alongside the event-specific Bookings Terms & Conditions shown at checkout.
1. Cancelling a booking
Whether a booking can be cancelled by you, and any cancellation window, deduction or fee, is set by the Organiser for that event and is shown before you complete your purchase. Where the Organiser allows self-service cancellation, you can request it from your account’s bookings page; otherwise, contact the Organiser directly using the Contact page.
2. Event cancelled or postponed by the Organiser
If the Organiser cancels an event, or postpones it and you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket amount paid, processed as described below. Any convenience or delivery fee already incurred may not be refundable.
3. Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of approval, though your bank or payment provider may take longer to reflect the credit.
4. Partial and part-payment bookings
Where a booking was completed in instalments, or partially collected in cash at a counter, any refund due is calculated on the amount actually paid and processed in the same proportion across the payment methods used.
5. Non-refundable items
Convenience fees, payment gateway charges and delivery fees already incurred are generally non-refundable except where the event itself is cancelled by the Organiser. Tickets marked "non-refundable" at checkout cannot be cancelled for a refund except where required by law.
6. Disputes and chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact the Organiser or Entrio before raising a dispute with your bank, so we can investigate and resolve it directly.
