Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your use of the ticketing platform provided by Entrio on behalf of the event organiser ("the Organiser"). By browsing this site, creating an account, or booking a ticket, you agree to these Terms.
1. The platform and the parties
Entrio provides the technology that lets the Organiser list events and sell tickets. The Organiser — not Entrio — is the seller of the event experience and is responsible for the event itself, including its scheduling, venue, content, and on-ground conduct.
Where these Terms conflict with the event-specific Bookings Terms & Conditions, the Bookings T&C apply to that booking.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate details and a working mobile number to create an account, and you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law to make a booking.
3. Tickets, pricing and payments
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST) as indicated at checkout. Tickets are confirmed only after payment is successfully received.
Payments are processed through our payment partner. Entrio does not store your full card or bank credentials.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Refund eligibility, deadlines, and any charges are set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy and the event’s Bookings Terms & Conditions. If the Organiser cancels or materially reschedules an event, refunds are handled as described there.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform — including reselling tickets without authorisation, attempting to bypass entry controls, scraping, or interfering with the service. Tickets and entry QR codes are issued for personal use and may be invalidated if misused.
6. Privacy and data protection
We process your personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — see the Privacy Policy for what we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We collect only what is needed to provide tickets, entry, delivery, and support, and we share it with the Organiser and necessary service providers for those purposes.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Entrio is not liable for the conduct of the event or the Organiser, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
