Shipping & Exchange Policy

This policy covers how physical passes are delivered where the Organiser offers home delivery or counter collection, and the rules for exchanging or reissuing a ticket. Most tickets are delivered digitally, in which case this section does not apply.

1. Delivery methods

Depending on what the Organiser offers for an event, you may receive a digital e-ticket by SMS, WhatsApp or email, a physical pass delivered to your address, or a physical pass for collection at a counter or venue window. Your chosen method is shown at checkout and on your booking confirmation.

2. Delivery timelines

Home delivery is available only in serviceable areas and is typically completed within the timeline shown at checkout, subject to courier availability and the event date. Counter and venue collection are available from the date and location shown on your booking.

3. Delivery confirmation

Home delivery and counter collection may be confirmed with a one-time password (OTP) shared with the delivery partner or desk staff at handover, or by scanning your booking QR code. Keep your registered mobile number reachable, and carry a valid photo ID matching your booking where requested.

4. Failed or missed delivery

If a delivery attempt fails because you are unreachable or the address is incorrect, we will attempt to contact you to reschedule or arrange alternate collection before the event date. Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate at checkout.

5. Exchange and reissue

Tickets are issued for the specific event, date and tier purchased and are not exchangeable for a different event. If a physical pass is lost, damaged, or undelivered due to an error on our part, contact the Organiser to arrange a reissue, subject to identity verification.

6. Returns

Tickets and passes are not physical goods for resale and cannot be "returned" once issued. Cancellation and refund requests are handled under the Cancellation & Refund Policy, not as a product return.
